On The Go Handyman is Eugene Ivanov — the person you speak to on the phone is the person who turns up and does the work. Nothing is subcontracted out, and nobody arrives who you have not spoken to.
The work is the everyday kind: doors that stick, patio doors that will not slide, running toilets, fixtures that need swapping, things that need putting on a wall, and the punch list that has been sitting on the fridge since spring.
The approach is simple. You are told the cost before work starts. If a job turns out to be bigger than it looked, you hear that first. And if something needs a licensed electrician or plumber, you get told that too — that is a better outcome than finding out later.
